DTF Apparel Care

Wait at least 24hrs before washing.

Turn garment inside out.

Wash in cold water with similar colours.

Use mild detergent.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

Air dry or tumble dry on low.

Do not iron directly over the design.

Avoid high heat to prevent shrinking and protect the print.
Wash instructions suitable for cotton or polyester/cotton blends.
How is shipping calculated for premade apparel?
Each apparel item has an assigned shipping weight. When items are added to your cart, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout using the combined weight and delivery destination.
How is shipping calculated for custom or bulk orders?
For custom apparel and bulk orders, we will estimate the packaged weight and shipping cost. This estimate will be included with your order quote before payment.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
Orders are typically shipped through Canada Post. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Do you offer free local delivery?
Yes! Free delivery is available within our local area. Eligibility will be confirmed when your order is placed.
How long will delivery take?
Production and shipping times are separate. An estimated completion and delivery timeframe will be provided with your order. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
What happens if my parcel is returned?
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or missed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.
